Disclosure Report on Property and Income
On the basis of the Article 13 of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interests in Discharge of Public Office ("Official Journal of RS", number 43/04),
the Republic Committee for Resolving Conflict of Interests, on the meeting held on 18 February 2005, has prepared the form of
DISCLOSUREREPORT
ON PROPERTY AND INCOME OF A PUBLIC OFFICIAL
This Report is submitted:
a. within 15 days of the day of election, appointment or nomination to public office;
b. by 31 January of the current year for the previous year;
c. within 15 days of occurring of the change of assets resulting in increase of property exceeding 20 average salaries in the Republic of Serbia in the month when the change occurred, in terms of the Article 14, item 4 of this Law;
d. within 15 days of the day of the end of the term in office;
e. within 15 days following the expiry of one year of the day of the end of the term in office;
f. within 15 days following the expiry of two years of the day of the end of the term in office.
